Great location, good value, clean rooms, friendly staff, store baggage without charge, toiletries provided, secure, bar and complimentary breakfast. Walls are very thin, could hear the night time ‘activities’ of other guests. You are required to hand in and collect your key each time you leave the premises.

Stayed one night before moving on to Lake Como. Location is really good (few minutes walk from the train station) and half an hour into the centre/Duomo etc. Room was warm & comfortable & soft drinks in mini bar come included which was welcome after travelling. Had a room next to the stairwell & facing the street but didn’t notice noise from either

Stayed here 20 years ago and selected it because of its proximity to the train station. We had to wait beyond the check-in time for our room to be prepared. We were on the first floor down a hallway to the back of the hotel. I was a bit taken aback by the construction underway in one of the rooms as well as the mattresses piled in the hallway. Fortunately the mattresses were gone the next morning. Outside our window in the courtyard, there were building materials. The room was large, high ceilings with a fan, and a good sized bathroom. One of the push buttons for the toilet did not work. Our room was next to the elevator, but there was no hall traffic and we had a good sleep. Breakfast was a large buffet with a very good array of choices and plenty of seating given the high volume of guests.The young man at the front desk was very professional and an asset for the hotel. Even with the decent price, I would look elsewhere on a next visit.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep every night during my stay. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.

Enjoyed our experience here. Best breakfast of our trip. Happy hour buy a drink get some bar food and make a light easy meal. Room was clean and nice, comfie big bed, opening window to let in air, heated towel rack if you want to dry something light. So close to train station and underground metro. Stay here without any hesitation.
